Sean McKinnery was a commander of the Tactical Solutions Incorporated forces in Universal Petroleum's Industrial Sector in Cabimas, located next to Altagracia in Mercenaries 2: World in Flames. He was also the officer in charge of putting out oil fires and always wore a HAZMAT suit.
