The Atlantic Heritage Society is a philanthropic society that tries to promote cultural exchange between Europe and the United States. Activities include arranging scholarships, tours of fine art and historical artifacts and concert tours as well as work with Landmark designation and Historical Preservation. At the same time it also closely cooperates with a number of mystic groups and functions as support for their activities. The mystical involvement of the Atlantic Heritage Society can be traced back to the time of Prof. Emerson Thurwell's tenure on their board of directors 1923 - 1951.
