The technique begins with the flowing of wind-themed chakra about the hand of the user; which is held flat as long as the ninjutsu is active. This energy is highly concentrated to the point where it visibly manifests as a thin, azure shell about the entirety of the hand. This shell is then cultivated into a deadly blade with exceptional cutting power; holding the capacity to rend through flesh, bone, wood, and stone with relative ease. From here, additional, small streams of wind-themed chakra are formed and guided around the blade at a high velocity. These streams allow the blade to double as a powerful drill, capable of causing deep, fatal lacerations alongside an already-deadly thrust.
