Haunting Girdle is a legendary belt in Diablo III, added in patch 2.2.0. It requires character level 31 to drop. Its unique affix causes each cast of Haunt to release 1 additional spirit that automatically redirects at a random enemy within 35 yards of the main target. If no other enemies are nearby, it will Haunt the main target twice. This bonus stacks with Resentful Spirit rune, to a total of 3 spirits per cast.
