The Radial Automated Ordnance Rack is a large anti-air platform mounted at the top of a small tower. At the top of the ROAR is the weapon system, a set of four parallel mounted heavy Anti-Air repeating blaster cannons. While the rotating mount allows the turret to fire at any nearby vehicles in the air, it has difficulty aiming at vehicles flying below the level of the weapon. Due to the speed that the turret fire & the power of the shots, so have described watching it fire as seeing a line of fire painted across the sky. The ROAR is most effective when a network of the systems are set up around an area, allowing them to coordinate fire & box in the targets.
