The Iron helm (g) is an obviously gold-trimmed item obtained from Level 0 Treasure Trails. It's aviability is not rare. The Iron helm (g), just like all other pieces of Iron armour, requires 10 defence to wear. The Iron helm (g) has the same stats as that of a normal Iron helm and cannot be player-made by any skill. There is currently no such thing as the Iron helm (t).
