Jeff Sanderson, or "Sandy" as he was commonly known to his friends and colleagues, was a human Starfleet officer who served in the late 24th century. From 2370 onwards, he served as the primary helm operator for the USS Repulse. (Star Trek: The Nomad Frontier)
