Jonelle is a resident of Liberty City and is a drug taking prostitute, who appears briefly in the missions I Luv LC and Caught with your Pants Down in The Ballad of Gay Tony. During the mission Caught with your Pants Down, Yusuf Amir attempts to cover up the fact that she is a prostitute from his father by saying that she is Luis Fernando Lopez's wife and that she dresses despicably.
