Port Charles, New York is the fictional setting of the current ABC soap opera General Hospital. It is said to be located in Northern New York, making it around a six hour drive between Port Charles and Llanview. Many characters from Llanview have moved to or visited Port Charles; and some characters from Port Charles have visited Llanview. Téa Delgado's house in Llanview, Natalie Buchanan's house in Llanview, and Blair Cramer's house in Llanview have been shown on General Hospital. There have also been some other connections between the two cities.
