Kibbet is a Caineron Highborn randon cadet at Tentir. He is Gorbel's ten-command after the autumn cull. He is Kibben's brother. Corrudin pushed Gorbel to use the Voice of Command on Kibben, telling him to stand on his head, and after that, Kibben is never able to stop. Kibben is sent home to Restormir, and that autumn, dies there. That winter, when their ten-command goes out on a hunt, Kibbet tries to kill Gorbel, to avenge his brother. Kibbet returns to Tentir alone, and tells a story about how Gorbel was squished under a huge bear. James then goes out and finds Gorbel, bringing him back.
