Mark Raratto (Japanese: マークラーラット, Māku Rāratto) is of the unseen two main characters portrayed by the player in 19XX: The War Against Destiny of the 194X series. He is an ace fighter pilot in the employ of the World Peacekeeping Agency, and the younger brother of the F. Blacker's unnamed pilot, though he did not know this fact. He is also a friendly rival of fellow pilot George Hamill.
