Yasuki Chihiro was a courtier of the Crab Clan. Chihiro began life as a merchant out to become wealthy and was apprenticed by her uncle. However, her uncle caught her making side deals at his expense and dismissed her. Unwilling to completely disown his niece, Chihiro's uncle arranged for Chihiro to become the Quartermaster of the Army of the East.
