Black Reaper is a black Kusarigama used by Durzo Yakuza. The weapon is part of Durzo's unique collection where he has all non shiny black weapons. The design is for assassination purposes reducing any shine or flashing from light of their edges to maximise covert assasinations. Black Reaper itself is made up of a chakra metal the same as Asuma's trench knifes and is capable of absorbing its users chakra nature. Durzo can channel his Hidden clans shadow chakra into the blade to allow it when used in shadows to vertually mask itself making it more effective. However it can be seen by Doujutsu and sensory based ninja can pick up its chakra. The initial ability is only useable in areas where shadow is rather abundant, being dark rooms or in forests where the canopy restricts sunlight.
