James Abraham Libby, Jr. is a member of the Lourenne Democratic Party. He was born in Peyani, Kundir to James and Nancy Libby. He has two brothers, Thomas and Adam. He has a law degree from the Université de Valois and has a post-graduate diploma in International Relations. He is the Democratic candidate for the Finance Minister job.
