On 2602, Several SPARTANs in training flew up to the ship in pelicans while the majority of crew was on shore leave. The crew was tricked into thinking the pelicans were simply returning crew from shore leave. The SPARTANs, armed with tranquilser weapons opened fire on the crew that remained on board. The majority of the crew was thrown into the brig, and the SPARTANs made the UNSC Daimyo jump to Sol.Bridge A navy officer, Ensign Rohan Kachins was forced into making a slipspace jump for the SPARTANs to Sol. After that, he was knocked out and thrown into the brig, along with the other crew.
