The second installment of the Hero's Destiny trilogy where the lead character Jack Wyler continues his adventure, but also witnesses the events surrounding one of his other past lives. The Roman general turned gladiator slave and eventually the savior of Rome Maximus Decimus Meridius who helped in fighting to restore the Roman Empire back to it's Republic roots.
