Alphyn (肴物, Sakana-mono, Chaser), is Tatum's Zanpakuto, and an illusion-type. In its sealed form, Alphyn is a 63.5 cm katana with deep blue handle wrappings and gold tsuba and rayskin. The thuba is shaped like a highly stylized wolf's head. The sheathe is also deep blue, with three gold metal bands around it oat the top, middle, and bottom of the sheathe. Tatum wears it slung over her left shoulder with a thick blue cord.
