Located high up in the Lampdragon Mountains, Sai Fortress was home to the Lampdragon Bandits. From their headquarters, the trio of Gijimu, Lo Wen, and Koyu organized raids on merchant caravans that traveled through the Tigermouth Pass. Following the war, the Lampdragon Trio were hired by Gustav Pendragon and Sai Fortress was never rebuilt.
