Dr. Psyche is a boss character from Mega Man X: Command Mission. This Robomon professor with Roboball head attempts to catch Cinnamon from Professor Gaudile for Team Rebellion, but X and his friends manage to stop him. He is later fought again in the Maverick Hunter League.
