Born on Sith'ika, she visited Naboo in her early years, and held such an affinity for the artistic nature of their buildings that she instantly became embroiled in designing her own "Naboo household" on Sith'ika. Becoming a well known architect by her thirtieth year, she was chosen by the Dark Lord of the Decreton Empire, Darth Abeonis, the highest possible patron to co-design the Royal Palace of the Sith Order of Decreto on Naboo. Columi Mer jumped at the chance and quickly drove out her co-designer, taking full control over the designing phase of the Palace's construction.
