After that he accompanied Rex and Boomer to Umbara where he helped capture the airfield. Growing suspicious of General Krell, he figured out that Krell sabotaged the holoprojector. Fortunatly Rex and the rest of the 501st captured him before he could do any more damage. He then became in charge of a stealth mission to wipe out the sith on the planet Kashyyyk and succeeded.
