Stevie ?? (codename unknown) is a student at Whateley Academy. He is an upperclassman shapeshifter that lives in Poe Cottage and is Vamp's "boytoy." He helps Vamp get all the items needed to make Phase think Jobe Wilkins has turned him into a Drow. It's possible he's Steve Rossiter.
