Grlubb was a weapons runner and petty dictator on Peridon's Folly. A small, rodent-like creature, Grlubb was the first person to hire IG-88B as a bounty hunter. He hired the assassin droid to destroy a rival's biological weapons facility, a type of weapon Grlubb considered unethical.
