Billy Snow (born November 7, 1960) was a British boxer that fought Rocky Balboa. Apollo Creed suggested to fight him at first, but he decided to fight Rocky instead. He was from London, England and held the European, British, English and Commonwealth heavyweight titles. Portrayed as having a heart of a lion and the strength of an ox, Snow was sort of like a young Rocky Balboa at the start of his career. Billy appears in the 1988 Rocky video arcade game, as well as the Rocky: Legends video game.
