Toad Town is the capital of the Mushroom Kingdom, which is run by Princess Peach. It is also a plaza for the residents and oncoming tourists whom visit the Mushroom Kingdom. There are lots of shops to visit, and all of your local needs, including a Train. Right above Toad Town, is Princess Peach's Castle.
