Rakkadoo was a vole who lived under the hill by a river with Krobzy's tribe. He played the music for songs that the voles danced to. Rakkadoo was a very minor character, nothing else is known. Nota Bene: While Rakkadoo is not given a gender in the book, he is casted as a male voice actor in the audio book.
