Waratah motorcycles were manufactured by Williams Bros., 213-7 Elizabeth Street, Sydney, NSW, Australia (they later became P&R Williams) from 1914 to around 1948[1], although they sold Waratah badged motorcycles into the 1950s. Initially, they made small machines assembled from British components, including Villiers engines, Sun frames, Druid and Brampton forks. In the later years (post WW2), they simply badge engineered using Norman and Excelsior machines.
