Colleen King is divorced from Carl, with whom she had two children, Thomas and Anya. She has custody of the children, and appears in the village briefly in 2004 and 2005 when they visit Carl. Colleen returned in January 2010 with Thomas and Anya as she was going to visit her husband, Stefan, in hospital after had been injured in a work accident, and her sister would not have them so she dropped them off at Carl's whilst she nursed Stefan back to health. In April 2010, Colleen returned and told Carl she wanted to emigrate to Saudi Arabia and take the children with her. She left with Thomas and Anya the following day.
