In Resident Evil: The Deck Building Game, the Kevlar Jacker is an Item card primarily used as a Token in the Mansion Deck, where Infected and other rare items are stacked. Upon being Revealed, the player Attaches it to their character. If that player receives damage of any kind (be it from an effect or otherwise) the Jaket is "trashed" and sent back to the Mansion Deck. It can be easily discarded by another player using Grenades and is especially vulnerable to Infected Characters that target only other Characters.
