When your ship is landed on a planet, it is subject to the laws and regulations of that world. Your ship is not an independent domain where the captain is king. If you have illegal cargo aboard your vessel while on a planet where such cargo is deemed inappropriate and your ship gets searched, then you are facing charges, whether you like it or not. In the future, save yourself some problems. If you want to trade black market stuff? Awesome, but remember that you are playing with fire and complaining if you get burned won't really solve anything.
