Wikipedia Article About Millet flour on Wikipedia Millet flour (called "Bajari" in Marathi) has been commonly used in Western India for hundreds of years to make the local staple flat bread (called "Bhakri"). Typically, "Bhakri" is made from "Jowar" (Sorghum) flour. Exceptionally sweet flavored flour, which adds color to baked goods, and is low in gluten but rich in vitamins, protein, and minerals. Millet flour is generally used in combination with wheat flour when making bread.
