The Land of Deception (不幸の国,Fukou no Kuni) is an island located in the Land of Water.The Land is the homeland of the Ninja Jesters and ruled by the Lord of Laughs (LoL).It is legally owned by the LoL and is under the protection of the Land of Water.Because of this most Ninja Jesters affiliate themselves with Kirigakure even though their land and village is a neutral faction.However,with the launch of the Fifth Great Shinobi World War,the Land of Deception has been pulled into supporting it's ally the Land of Water against their enemies.They will appear in the fanon Naruto: Atarashii Gyouten.
