Chuck Forsch (played by Sydney Lassick) was the roommate of Harold Spuller at a mental institution. Forsch knew of Spuller's collection of photographs of local young women, but did not seem to care or mind. Mulder and Scully, while investigating the murder of one of the women, met Forsch, who lied and said he was responsible. Immediately, he felt guilty and said multiple times "After all, I'm only human!"
