Spread Kindness, Share the Laughter is an online Sesame Street campaign announced by Sesame Workshop in February 2017. The year-long, multimedia campaign coincided with the show's 47th season, which focused on a kindness curriculum. Throughout the year, many of the show's social media posts include the hashtag "#ShareTheLaughter." Weekly videos associated with the campaign will be shared on the show's social media accounts through September. Additionally, Snapchat added a special Sesame Street-related filter and "Elmoji" stickers will be available for smartphone downloads.
