Stephen Rhodes is a former NASCAR driver from Goldsboro, NC. He ran two Craftsman Truck Series races in his career. That came in 2003, when Rhodes ran two races for Rodney Smith's team. Rhodes' debut at Mesa Marin started with a 33rd place qualifying effort and 30th place showing. He improved later at Martinsville, where he started 32nd. He would improve to 21st after falling two laps in the rear. He is also NASCAR's first openly gay driver.
