Dimitrov ran the Judge Assessment Centre in Washington Sector, where he also lived in a penthouse apartment. Around the year 2094, a heat-seeking bullet fired by Judge Joe Dredd led to the loss of Dimitrov's arm. It was replaced with a removable robotic arm. In 2099 he attempted to kill Dredd in revenge for the loss of his arm under the guise of re-assessing the judge after Dredd has been injured. His plan failed and Dimitrov tried to kill Dredd personally. Dredd was suspicious and struck the robotic arm, which malfunctioned and killed Dimitrov.
