Andrew Gissinger III (born July 4, 1959 in Barberton, Ohio) is a former professional football player who became the president and Chief Operating Officer of Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. Today, Gissinger owns and manages a private equity company. Gissinger is the father of five sons.
