Venture to an Okami Pen within Gaxton Village. Using the Pointy Stick, poke and prod a Ghostfang Okami until it becomes enraged. Once enraged, bring the Ghostfang Okami to Witch Doctor Ravix at Gaxton Village within the Shanty of Unfortunate Events.
