Whilst on a routine re-supply mission to a Federation border station, the Discovery and the station are attacked by the Orions. Badly damaged, the Discovery has to withdraw, leaving the station and some of the crew at the mercy of the Orions. The station and its crew must resist the Orion's until Starfleet reinforcements arrive and deal with the situation...
