Emperor Titus the First is the current Emperor of the Preliator Empire and as such is commander-in-chief of the Preliator Imperial Navy and Army. As Emperor he is also responsible for presiding over the Parliament of the Empire and directs much of the Empire's policy, particularly that towards other Nations.
