He uses the 2nd Maxis face template in Create a Sim except for the customized facial features. When Robert grows into an elder, his face shape will not change, which is unusual given that most other Sims that use the 2nd face template will have slightly different facial features when they become elders (these changes are more obvious on female elders). This is what the broken face templates (minus the customized facial features) will look like on Sims once they become elders.
