Kutohaderia is the most rugged and least populated Province of Kizenia. Most of its population lives near the Tilarnia or Kutohaderia Rivers, which form the province's northwest and west borders, respectively. However it is also the only province to have a significant population in the mountains, due to the rich mineral resources available in the region.
