The Utapau Advisory Council was the royal advisory council for the House of Arcadia on Utapau before and during the Invasion of Utapau. Sio Bibble, Governor of the capital city of Ogana, was a member of the committee during the reigns of both King Veruna Arcadia and Queen Sabé Arcadia. During the Invasion of Utapau, a conflict between the Trade Federation shipping cartel and Utapau, the advisory council was with Queen Arcadia while she was speaking with Utapau Senator Malus Palpatine about the conflict with the Federation.
