It was unlike any ocean on any other planet...settled on the cityscape by some unknown designers it seemed out of place and at the same time exactly where it should be. There was little wonder that the park, nestled near it was one of the more popular locations on the planet. Busy from dusk til dawn and even beyond the blanket of night. Visitors lined the walkways and dotted the beach.
