Cerebus' Bite is a unique Blood Spirit. Due to its bonus to Feral Rage and chance of Open Wounds, Cerebus' Bite may be more useful for Werewolf-centered Druids than its sister pelt, Jalal's Mane. However, Jalal's Mane gives greater boosts to resistances, so choosing between the two is a matter of taste.
