Wally Elmer was a professional ice hockey player who played in the Western Canada Hockey League. He played with the Saskatoon Crescents and Victoria Cougars. He won a Stanley Cup with the Cougars in 1925. He played minor pro hockey in eastern North America from 1927 to 1929.
