Serus the Cheat was an Agorian, and a rival to Ortax the Merciless. He had his goons attack Ortax's ship so that he could not compete in the Agorian Battleplex, thus Serus the Cheat would win through forfeit. Ratchet helped him by defeating Serus's goons, and towing Ortax's ship to the Battleplex.
