In the Battlestar Leonidas's Universe a Battlestar Group is make up of a single Battlestar, two Secondary Warships, three or four Escort Warships, and three or four auxiliary ships for a total of ten ships. So at the time of the Cylon attack the Colonial Fleet had 120 Battlestar, so 120 Battlestar Group or 1200 ships. This total number does not count Warstar Group, Battlestar Strike Group, Task Force and other ships not attract to a Battlestar Group. If no battlestar is current commissioning with the name, then the BSG is inactive.
