Qanda is a Rannian and was chosen from the desert planet to protect Space Sector 0430 as a member of the Green Lantern Corps. However, Qanda's opposition to the ongoing Rann/Thanagar War pulled her away from the Corps and she never completed her training. Instead, Qanda left the Corps in the hopes that she could negotiate a secret treaty with a representative of those Thanagarians who had likewise grown weary of war. Qanda has not been seen since the failed peace process and it is presumed that she has returned to Rann.
