The Wurzels (originally Adge Cutler and the Wurzels, but renamed after Adge Cutler's death) are an English Scrumpy and Western band. The Somerset-based band is best known by many people for its 1976 number one hit "Combine Harvester",[1] and number three hit "I Am A Cider Drinker" in 1976, but the band has a history stretching over 40 years, and is still performing in 2015.
